What is the price for shipping an order?
Taxes and duties are subjective to each country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Where do you offer shipping?
We offer worldwide shipping using DHL Express.
When will my order ship?
All shipments should arrive to you within 2-5 business days from date of order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please use this tracking number to check your shipment status.
All our products are offered subject to availability, if by any chance the product you order is out of stock at the moment you purchase it and has to be made, we will try to send it within 10-15 business days. If by any chance we are unable to source the item you purchased, we will give you a full refund.

We want you to love our handbags as much as we do, and we work hard to send you only the best quality, but if the item (s) you receive is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept your timely return within 5 days of receipt the product.
How do I return?
The best way to submit a Return Request is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and the product you would like to return
We'll get back to you within 2 business days.
All returned handbags must be securely placed within original cloth dust bag. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment, and shipped to the following address: 751 Heron Rd, Weston, Fl 33326
Please note returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of your Return Authorization Email.
When will I receive my refund?
We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
